By using EndlessTest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EndlessTest is an AI-powered platform that generates educational tests and quizzes for personal and educational use. The Service includes free and paid subscription plans, which determine the number of questions a user can generate per month.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Service, including by introducing viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms of service. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EndlessTest and its licensors. The tests generated by the Service are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EndlessTest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
